Waste removal system

The wastes damage the quality of the boxes. The waste removal system was designed to forget the problem of the wastes, which disturb the correct job of the photocells and glue distributors.

This pneumatic system starts when the photocell reads the boxes. The system automatically stops if no boxes run under the machine for more than 1 second.

Thanks to the little size of this system, it can be installed also in small rooms onto the machine.

This system gives the possibility to clean a larger part of the box thanks to its long brushes. The wastes removal system is provided of its electrical box, air treatment station and aluminium bars as support.
