Contact gluing station for casemaker flexo foldergluer machine

The gluing station GT-09 is equipped as a contact pneumatic station using 1 GT-09 glue gun. This glue station is designed for fast casemaker/flexo folder-gluer machines.

  • Glue distributor completely made of stainless steel, except the gun head in aluminum alloy.
  • This pneumatic glue station is very strong but also light at the same time.
  • The station is provided of its bracket for the photocell.
  • Standard coil = 24 VDC 1 W
  • Standard nozzle = 3 or 4 lines of glue on request.
  • The glue distributor GT-09 has a screw on his head for adjusting the glue flow.
  • Glue valve is composed by stainless steel and derlin.
  • Distance between the glue lines: 15 mm 3 lines nozzle and 24 mm 4 lines nozzle.
