Non contact gluing station for casemaker/flexo folder-gluer machine

Stainless steel glue distributors. Ceramic stem and nozzle.

  • Standard coil = 6VDC 5W.
  • Standard nozzle = 0,6 mm.
  • The auto-cleaning slides are installed as standard. They close and keep cleaned the nozzles if for more than 1 second no boxes run in the machine.
  • Glue quantity adjustable by a knob, positioned on the head of each glue distributors.
  • Maximum glue pressure = 28 bar.
  • Minimum cycle time = 0,6 m/sec.
  • Glue viscosità range = Min 500mPas, Max 1200mPas.
  • Modular glue distributor: 3 glue distributors.
  • Distance between nozzle = adjustable. Cut down on glue quantities by selecting the dot mode.

The gluing system is tested at 20° air temperature with a  900 mPas glue viscosity
