Low pressure gluing system for casemaker/flexo folder-gluer machines

The low pressure gluing system has been developed for high speed casemaker/flexo foldergluer machines.

The ERO-O system includes the following standard features:

  • 2 channel control panel
  • Low pressure double diaphragm glue pump
  • Low pressure ERO® flow regulator
  • Digital proportional valve
  • Encoder complete with support and pulley, photo-eye, glue filter, glue air hoses, pump support and aluminium base
  • 1 glue dispenser type GT-09 mounted onto its glue station, equipped with a contrast lamina

The gluing system is tested at 20° air temperature with a  900 mPas glue viscosity
