Counter

The counter, working in combination with a photo-eye, is able to advise the operator about the box counter of the parcel.

Usually the counter is supplied in combination with the ERO® kicker, where a kicker is already installed and it is possible, the counter will be installed with the existing kicker. The signal of the counter is sent to the control panel which drives the kicker. The control panel drives the kicker also.

ERO-STR

Strobe

The strobe gun is an accessory to control objects in movement. In the specific case, it can be used to visually inspect the position and the glue quantity the boxes that run onto the foldergluer machine. With the flash of light emitted, when the photocell reads the passage of the box, a picture will be created on the human retina that remains engraved for a few seconds, allowing to see the particular/object in movement as if it was stop.

The timing light is useful for customer that do not have the glue detector, but they want to control, although only statistically, the quality of gluing. Being a system that fools the characteristics of the human eye, the device works as a speed of approximately 7.000/8.000 boxes / h to about 80,000 cartons / h.
