Glue Loaded
The ERO-CC glue loaded has been studied specifically to fill the small basin for the underneath gluing in an automatic way.
The system is able to maintain the same glue level into the small basin. In this way the operator does not have to refill the small basin every time manually. Of course, this system allows to save lots of time maintaining the same glue level into the basin always.
Inside the basin, a laser photo-eye gives the signal to the pump, which load the basin of the glue when the level becomes too low. Than, another device guarantee the same level of the glue into the basin. This means if the laser photo-eye does not work because, for instance, is broken or simply dirty of glue, the system still works well. If the laser photo-eye stops working, the other device is able to stop the pump to avoid a level of glue to high inside the small basin of the glue.
The system includes the following main items: low pressure glue pump, aluminium structure as base, electrical cabinet, glue bucket, level probe, hoses, cables, connection and various.
