Low pressure gluing system for folder-gluer machines

The low pressure gluing system has been developed for high speed folder-gluer machines.

The ERO-TEBS system includes the following standard features:

  • 2/4/8 or 16 channel control panel
  • Low pressure double diaphragms glue pump
  • Low pressure ERO® flow regulator
  • Digital proportional valve
  • Encoder complete with support and pulley, laser photo-eye, glue filter, glue air hoses, pump support
  • 1 glue dispenser type GTE-13/S

The gluing system is tested at 20° air temperature with a  900 mPas glue viscosity.
